My overseas work has included being a senior resident adviser in Georgia, Lithuania, and the Republic of Zambia. I have also been a resident manager, responsible for the management of projects as the Team Leader in the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Chief of Party in the Kingdom of Nepal and Chief of Party in Georgia. In addition, I have provided short-term consulting in Antigua, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Guyana, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Egypt, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Uganda, Zambia, Kenya, Kingdom of Lesotho, Republic of South Africa, Kingdom of Nepal, and Zimbabwe. Prior to consulting overseas I had a career with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA), beginning in 1972, where I was involved in a variety of positions that have included project management, customs operations, tax audit, tax collections, taxpayer service, and tax policy.
